Hi everyone, I recently read a book that tries to define masculinity and man's role in intimate relationships. In essence, it gives a thorough description of the alpha male - quite a point of debate on the forum. I really enjoyed it and I think it's a good read for most.

Author: David Deida
Full title: The Way of the Superior Man : A Spiritual Guide to Mastering the Challenges of Women, Work, and Sexual Desire
For full specifications see: http://www.amazon.com/The-Way-Superior- ... 1889762105

The book consists of 51 beautifully concise chapters (each chapter is only a few pages long). Chapters include: 'live as if your father was dead', 'don't analyze your woman', 'she wants the killer in you', 'insist on practice and growth'.

@ pumpington: sorry for posting in the wrong section.

I think this book will benefit people in a relationship most. It is also an interesting take on the alpha male discussion in the relationship subforum.
