Yeah kinda lame, but I just bought it (I also plan to enroll in the gym when my brother moves here next week so don't judge lol).

Anyway I just want to review it. As lame as it may seem and you might think it doesn't replace a real gym workout, well I'm here to say that it MIGHT replace that and more.

Here's my deal. I have really bad posture. The Wii Fit teaches you Yoga which improves your posture. It actually detects your center point and where you're supposed to be, it's really cool seriously. Well Yoga is pretty hard and you need strength, so I move on to "strength training" which consists of a bunch of exercises. This helps maintain the Yoga poses, and I get stronger in the process. Then there's also aerobics which make you burn fat. Seriously, they make you RUN.

Also, the better you get the more exercises/balance games you unlock. You also unlock more reps. It's pretty cool. I'm honestly just as sore as when I went to the gym (I used to go to the gym last year), so I feel that it's working. It also tells you your BMI and all sorts of stuff.

I'm going to use this in combination with a real gym workout. I'm your typical "skinny fat" guy, but I'm determined to change that.
