ive lost 3 stones this year and i know that aint healthy i now weigh 9-1/2 stones and no matter how much junk food i eat i aint puttin it on at all does any one know know what type of suppliment i can get that is availible in the uk

This might not be what you want to hear, but eating junk food is not going to help you become a sexy hunk that pulls the babes. You need to start doing exercise and the type of exercise that builds muscle if you want to gain weight.
Women generally don't like men who are too muscular, so you don't have to look like a bodybuilder. Martial arts is the best sport to do for an all-round good-for-sex body. When I was practicing martial arts, my girlfriend could not get enough of me. I think she made us orgasm about 3 to 6 times per day over weekends (we had to make a living too) and she readily admitted that it was my lean and mean fighting body that drove her wild. I wasn't complaining ;-)
The best way to start training is to look for a dojo near you and start from there...

Please don't do that to yourself, eating junk or fatty foods isn't going to do yourself any favors atall.

Clean Bulk, Lift weights or play sport etc, Don't use weight gainers there full of sugar.

Search google for Clean Bulking and u'll find alot of usefull things.

i suggest workingout and eating a relatively high amount of protein (protein shake mixes with almost no sugar would help)

Yep, and don`t overtrain. For bulking up, body needs lot of sleep so use every oportunity to take a nap. Also in gym, work with heavy wieghts and don`t do to much reps. 6-10 reps max.

I'd say if he wants to go heavy, starting strengh at 5x5

I'm also naturally quite skinny.

The only way I can get big is by building muscle through weight training. Also eat loads and take protein shakes if you want (i buy the powder from holland and barret doesnt cost that much).

Make sure you also do cardio by running or playing football or whatever.

This is a video of my weight gain progress :

What I do is eat about 5-6 meals a day (healthy stuff, like tuna and pasta etc)

Eat 2-3 scoops of peanut butter day

And drink allot of water and eat snacks like apples etc.

I also lift allot of heavy weights (pumping) and cut down on my cardio allot.

I had the same problem for years. Last year I decided to do something about it and benefits are unbelievable. 2 things u need to do:

1. Weights; 4 sets of 8-10 reps
-do core exercises and rotate doing one muscle group each day (eg legs, back, chest, shoulders). Exceptions; abs you can do everyday with higher reps than the rest of muscles and biceps every other day.
2. High calorie intake of which high % protein
-aim for at 500-1000 calories more than you consume now

For diet I can't recommend protein supplements enough. Also in order to counteract the inevitable fat gain that follows muscle gain and to remain healthy do 20-30 mins cardio/day.

You will notice differenences within 1 month.
