1800 Dinner..This varies between a lot of stuff..pasta..chicken..fish..red meats..potatoes..carrots..peas.
2000 Late snack.. Normally a toasted sandwich or a bowel of cereal. A glass of milk.
I dont drink much during the day as I dont feel thirsty and I would prefer a big glass of milk instead of water and I also dont eat much veg.
That pretty much sums up my eating habbits.
Wow, a lot of work to do here, so let's dive right into it. I am not sure what you mean by "ham/cheese roll" but if it's what I'm thinking of, it's probably loaded with trans fats (otherwise known as margarine or partially hydrogenated oil), one of the worst foods a person can possibly eat. It's in nearly every prepared food product for sale--including the biscuits and even the pop corn you mention later in your post-- so start reading your labels and eliminate it from your diet. There is probably no food that can do more damage to your overall health, so yes, it really is that important
I am also seeing a lot of sugar, which isn't that big of a deal since you're trying to gain mass, but you definitely need to show some restraint with it (sugar is also really dangerous in terms of overall health). Cut back your servings and start using raw, unprocessed sugar available at any healthfood store.
Most importantly for your goal, however, you
have to add more protein, simple as that. Check out the meal plan I designed for Gay in that post I linked above for an idea of where to start, but keep in mind you're going to need a little more protein than him because you weigh more to begin with.
And yes, breakfast is absolutely essential. Six raw eggs and a banana do me just fine every morning
Good luck, and if you need anything else don't hesitate to ask.
