So I haven't been in a gym for ever (about 3-4 years). I just joined one few days ago, I was going through some stuff online to find work out plan. I'm 30 years old Weight 190 lb, Height 6.1 I'm a bit overweight, and strength is not my greatest suit. So i found Stronglifts 5x5 online, and wonder if any of you tried. If you guys think this plan is waste of time and have better option, let me know. I'm going to go the gym, and quit drinking and smoking. http://stronglifts.com/5x5/ |

Compound lifting; stronglifts5x5 is, is a perfect workout to build overall strength and build your core. I'd say start out with it and stick to a good schedule until you can build the body you want. If you have any questions feel free to ask. |

I love it. I combined it with SARMs like RAD 140, and holy crap my gains went through the roof. I got my RAD 140 for sale from Proven Peptides, and it was awesome. So far put on about 15 pounds of muscle in a little over a month, and planning on hitting even higher goals. Squatting about 3 plates, benching 2, and OHP is a little over 1 plate. Progressing very nicely rn. |
