PD2: Even if it did, the decrease in performance would be so dramatic that you would be better off just running for longer.
Kinda goes back on my main point not to do it mate...

There are no shortcuts. Lower your calories 500 below maintence for your lean bodyweight, lift weights (a good well-balaneced program that progresses) and do steady-state cardio in the cardio zone three times a week. Not fancy, but time prove to work. You can do HIIT, etc, but that taxes your system and you can't do it all the time.

Basically just stop overeating and quit beer. It's really not that hard.

if forums have proven anything, its that, most guys do not go out, do not approach unless under the influence, and want to talk theory despite never pulling as in dick in vagina. Not that phaggotry stuff people have been posting lately.

All the new research coming out of late points at sugar being a main culprit of weight gain. There is a really good documentary called Fed Up, narrated by Katie Curic that gives an in depth look at the sugar industry. Eat healthy, by that I mean to eat unprocessed foods. Yes fruits and vegetables but also steak, chicken, fish, etc that you go to the store to buy and make yourself. If you can afford organic buy it. Also I make a lot of healthy snacks that I stash in the refrigerator for later, so when I get hungry I can reach for those instead of chips or ice cream. Lay off the sugary drinks, don't even drink diet pop, no gatorade, juice or beer. Start walking running 2 or 3 times a day and make sure you lift weights as it has been proven lifting while also doing cardio makes you lose more weight. Don't over do the training at first. You should get your diet in order then really start training harder and longer.
