Ready for a real men’s fitness treat that can help you boost up both your testosterone hormones and your overall sexual desire toward hot women?
If you’re a big fan of building ripped abs and six-pack muscles, I’m happy to share with you the following 4-step exercise that I once learned and hugely benefited from one of those popular men’s fitness magazines (NOTE: I warmly recommend that you do this 4-step six-pack exercise as your regular high-intensity exercise as recommended by Dr. Mercola at

1) Lie down on either your couch or on the floor (provided the floor is furnished with something that won’t hurt your spine), and do a series of crunches the way you’re lifting both your joined legs and your head off the floor at the same time (while keeping your hands firmly on the back of your head)
2) Sit down on your couch and place your hands’ palms on the couch so that both of your arms kind of serve you as your body’s balancing aids for the exercise that follows. Once you’re comfortably settled in the sitting position as described, all you do next is keep stretching your tightly joined legs so that they only bend in your knees and fully extend until they’re totally parallel to the ground. (NOTE: You’re doing a series of leg stretches as described while strictly sitting still)
3) Instead of doing the normal kind of press ups on the ground, put both of your feet up on a heightened surface in your house (e.g. your kitchen table or your study room’s desk) while naturally having both of your hands pressing against the floor. Once in that position while making sure that your whole body’s length is fully stretched, you do a series of press ups.
4) Finally, lie down on the floor so that your entire body is facing the ceiling (NOTE: I warmly recommend that you put a soft cushion immediately below the upper part of your ass in order to avoid any bleeding injuries around the bones in that body area). Once you’re lying down, make sure that you can almost fully extend and slide both of your arms up the floor and above your head to the point where you’re able to grab the bottom edge of your couch or another type of some heavy furniture with each of your hands. Next you do a series of exercises based on just lifting up and lowering down your fully extended and joined legs in turns. Make sure that when lowering down your stretched and joined legs, they don’t touch the ground.
