My hair

I have thick coarse hair so i have to keep it short. Is there anyway i can grow it out and it look good?

there are many factors involved when dealing with hair. from your description I'd say go and ask an hairdresser/barber opinion, but the problem is: would you look good with longer hair?

You gotta moisturize them on daily basis or at least thrice a week and that will work for you,Massage them gently with some good oil and hopefully that will work for you.

Consider an undercut to thin your hair.

Or buy some GHD hair straighteners with heat protection spray.

Or temporary solution: cornrows.
