I hate holding a girl's hand because my hands are ALWAYS sweaty under any level of stress. How do I reduce the amount my hands sweat? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How about stop being so stressed out when you are with women?

Maybe bring a handkerchief. Marlon Wayans sweats a lot and brings a handkerchief to most of his interviews. But everyone always asks him why, so you may draw attention to it, but he always cracks a joke about sweating.

There are a few secrets.
Secret one. at school, have a napkin or tissue in your pocket. When you think you'll have to touch hands or something squeeze it first, then extend your hand. Most of the moisture will be gone.
Another option is to get like a silk sack, or anything with a very high thread count, and fill it full of talcum powder. it absorbs moisture, and it'll keep your hands soft. *very nice*
Secret two. The person who said wear latex gloves is not intelligent. Latex doesn't breath, you'll get prune-y fingers and if you think sweaty hands suck, try dealing with broken skin.
No very bad idea.
However, for the dance, you can always look regal by getting a pair of long gloves. Most of them are white linen, or silk. They have great appeal, and you don't have to worry about sweaty hands!

I used to suffer from sweaty hands too. It mostly goes away once you build up some confidence. Normally when your palms sweat you get nervous, your heart rate goes up, and the rest of you body gets a shift in temp, sometimes as extreme as the full body shiver. But sometimes that's cute for girls. Just stop being nervous. You're probably a wonderful person, and have nothing to really worry about.

Once you get more comfortable with a girl you won't sweat.

You're kinda stressing out a bit much about holding someone's hand, though, if you're sweating profusely while you're doing it...

It's just a girl. If she's holding your hand it means she likes you as well... So don't worry about it so much!

There only is one correct answer, and it is BABY POWDER. Rub your hands in that shit before going out (of course, distribute it so it's not visible). FIXED. You are welcome.
