Notice some dudes voted, remember dudes don't count. Just like dudes that think poeticklyskuak does not get women cause they do not like his look( i laugh at those dudes). When i show his videos to women, they all love him. Anyways here:
First I know this is completely out of topic but for the way he talks, I have the feeling that tyler has never been close to 13% body fat, I think he went once or twice to the gym, read some forums on the internet and created his own story in his head about girls reacting to his 8% body fat....

Second my experience with girls and gym is that the image that they have in their head of a fit person and a ripped person is completely different as ours... I remember a friend recommending her girlfriend to do some weights to get a better body and she saying no because she taught that immediately she would get the body of a professional bodybuilding.
For me most actors that appear on the movies with a six pack are already ripped, for the girls I know and I've asked they are just fit... for them a ripped guy is a professional bodybuilder. They do not know the work and time that it requires to become like that and they like you better now than if you get the body of a professional bodybuilder. So do not pay much attention to what they say, get below 10% they'll still love it.

Third I totally agree if you want to get ripped, or to earn a lot of money, or to get a PhD, or to get many girls it should always be for yourself and never to try to get acceptance, admiration or recognition from others...
I am not big in conspiracy theories, there is a video of tyler without the shirt somewhere taking pics, what he saying matches my experience... And i can only go by that, i don't care about is this dude legit, is he exagerating, is that bs. All i care about is what the dude is saying does it match my references experiences in the field or not... Women know the difference between ripped and Body builder(meat head), google do women like a 6 pack, you will see half of the women do more than half don't... For example there are dudes that like model type women, i don't, i would not even get hard with a girl like Angelia jolie or whatever she is not my type. With that being said, if you enjoy being ripped(and i do, even though my gf does not like it)... Do what you want, i am getting ripped anyways.

Obviously women like fit and healthy person. A fitness program and a healthy diet are a successful recipe for a healthier life. It is also best for attracting women towards you. Remember that fitness is a step to a healthier lifestyle!

I think it is more about having the right proportions, rather than overwhelming body mass. Low body fat also appears to be universally attractive.

Fitness is very important at getting your foot in the door, IMO. A girl can't judge your personality from a distance or when you open. Too much muscle is not "fit". If being maximally muscular was the most important thing about looks, humans would have long since evolved in to gears of war looking beasts, and the Neanderthals would have beat us out. You need a balance between muscularity, strength, speed, mobility, and bodyfat. I could be much bigger and stronger if I ate more, since I'm in the gym 8 times a week, but I don't want to go above 210 lbs at 6'2". At 220 I wasn't able to run long distance, and was carrying 10+%BF. Girls also pay a lot of attention to face. Keep you hair in check (don't go full Liberache, but don't look like you just got out of bed all the time). If you have any acne, treat it immediately. Use Benzoyl Peroxide 10% and salicyclic acid 2% 2-3 times a day, and stop eating cheese and processed dairy products (aside from whey).

Looks like BS. Also notice that there was a bias where "athletic" women preferred more muscular guys. Of course the thick rim glasses hipster chick isn't interested in taming the hulk, and of course no woman in her right mind will want to get torn apart by Jay Cutler. But look at who the cheerleaders are dating. Not skinny dudes.

I've found, from my personal experience that weight lifting and building muscle is very important. Girls in my school (even upperclassmen) are constantly coming up to me and asking to feel my arms, and my shoulders. and its a pretty awesome feeling. before I started weight lifting that wasn't happening at all. and yeah girls don't like guys that are too big. but unless weight lifting is all you do, you won't have to worry about it, in my opinion.

Fitness is the most important thing for healthy body. I think everyone likes fitness so for getting fitness and slim body it is important to eat less but healthy food. Physical workout is also very important. Cardio exercises are good for fitness. If someone wants fitness then exercise and diet food both are important.
