To develop confidence and inner game, 1. Improve every aspect of your life. Get a better physique, work on moving up in your career, make your money, pick up a sport, do something competitive 2. STOP making excuses in your life. DON'T make an excuse for why you can't approach a girl or go to the gym, just DO IT. 3. Always challenge yourself. Develop your adaptability by constantly forcing yourself to get out of your comfort zone. If you've never done a pick up at a library, do a pick up at a library. If your afraid to talk to girls on the phone, talk to girls on the phone. I think these are 3 easy steps that will help you develop confidence and inner game. If you work on them consistently, both of these things will naturally follow |
