Just being honest bro. Hope you can solve this motivation sticking point of yours. I could wank and go out a few mins later without it effecting my game. It's just a fact. Meeting awesome girls is all the motivation I need, not a ball sack full of spunk. I don't take all these TED talks as serious as everyone else. If one day it does hinder my game I for sure will do something about it :)

I know it doesn't effect some people as much as others. I'm just saying when I don't jerk it for 5 days I am way better. Every time I got close to getting laid, I wasn't jerking it.

Don't get me wrong, it could be that I was jerking it on a Sunday and lo and behold I was doing well on a Friday, but I just feel a lot better without doing it. For example not only does it effect PUA but my thoughts feel clearer and I don't need as much sleep.

My opinion but I think there is an element of placebo effect to it all. But each to their own
