Okay I have heard about inner game and natural game. I have read a bit about both and to be honest I cannot understand the difference. When I read about them and what they teach they seem to say things that are sort of generic like "workout", "dress nice", "be funny", "talk to a lot of girls". I don't see any techniques really so I am wondering if these are just 2 ways of saying look your best and talk to women until you can approach anytime. What I am wondering is if there are any good material to research on inner game and natural game and what they can teach me in addition to my own knowledge. AA is something that sucks so if all they do is help with that it is worth doing some work on. So what exactly are they and what do they offer. Thanks because this has been on my mind for quite some time.

Experience and references will do more wonders for your 'inner game' more so than doing affirmations or NLP crap

In what way is NLP crap and specifically what evidence leads you to believe it is crap?

Inner game is believing you have immense value, knowing that you are bringing any girl a tremendous amount of value just by your presence alone. You are lifting her up. And she correspondingly lifts you up. Inner game is all about feeling great about yourself and your future.

Natural game refers to a style of meeting women that doesn't rely on pua tactics and lets the real you come out - the real you that is a dominant, playful and socially calibrated sexual being.
