READ THE WHOLE THING FOR IT MAY CHANGE YOUR LIFE Especially if you are a complete AFC and/or has symptoms of schizophrenia, autism, or aspergers. AND DON'T GIVE ME NO "TL;DR" (too long, didn't read) BULLSHIT!!! THIS COULD BE THE REASON WHY NO MATTER HOW MANY HOURS/DAYS/MONTHS/YEARS AND $$$ YOU HAVE SPEND LEARNING AND DOING PICKUP, YOU ONLY ACHIEVE UNSIGNIFICANT SUCCESS WITH WOMEN I started learning about the game around 16 years old, and I became addicted. Since I was broke and very computer savvy, I downloaded ALL the pua material I could find on the internet. I didn't have a job so I had all the time to absorb all the information. I started sarging and also macking at school. I did achieve some results (such as having more friends, especially girls; a very awkard kiss) but I never got any sex. I did this for four years straight (until I was 20) and I was so happy that I was improving, even though it was soooooo slowly. Also during this time I always: ALL THIS SYMPTOMS DESCRIBE PERFECTLY WHAT A AFC IS. I was a proud AFC. All my teenage life I had rosacea (which is having a red face with pimples). While googling Rosacea, I came across this very strict regimen that said if you want to CURE rosacea all you have to do is change your diet temporarily. I was so skeptical about it but I had nothing to lose and only a month of my life to waste. So I did the diet (the diet is basically just vegetables) I did this diet for 2 months but what happened was miraculous. For example, I met a girl in school by just doing a natural opener...next day I saw her at night and started talking to her for 30minutes...I connect with her like a MOTHERFUCKER and she told me she was going clubbing with some girlfriends and I took the opportunity and invited myself. We met up with them in the dorms and it was 7 girls, me, and a lame ass dude. I literally was the life of the party. At one point I heard one of the girlfriend say to the girl I was macking on say, "Is that your boyfriend?!" and my girl said "Not yet!". I loved that. In the club, nobody was dancing so me being so randomly confident began to breakdance and then offer my girl to dance but she was to shy since there was nobody dancing. So me being bored and full of energy started macking on two black chicks and I started grinding with them (ever notice how awesome black chicks are? they are always up for being the center of attention) This girl my girl jealous and eventually she came up to me and began dancing. At the end of the night I only kiss my girl goodbye since she gave me a ride home and also two of her friends so I wasn't trying to get laid, I was happy with my enormous spontaneous results of the night. I could have never done this before. It actually took me around 4 dates to get my first awkard kiss when I was 17. So after 2 months of this crazy PUA adventures, I left my diet behind since it I didn't care about my rosacea anymore (It did almost get completely clear). In just one motherfuckin week I felt like shiiiiiit. My social anxiety came back along with all those symptoms I mention earlier. During that time me and the girl from the club were really close but for some reason I was terrified to talk to her, even though we had talk previously very confidently and relaxed about fucking each other in the future. I was afraid to talk to anymore and retreated myself to being lonely again.... I asked myself, WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED? the only thing I did differently was my diet....during those 2 months I never drank or did drugs (btw, I hate the way alcohol tastes but I love being drunk so I only get drunk with VODKA on special occasions and its so much faster with vodka than with beer...a lot less fluid to taste) so i started googling up an answer First thing I found out was that all those symptoms I mention is what a doctor calls Schizophrenia. I was terrified when I read that. Me being in denial, I went to a doctor and he told me the sad truth, I was schizophrenic. I could not believe it....he gave a prescription for an antidepressant and told me how it would TREAT my illness, not CURE it. I did not purchase the antidepressant, I always have hated drugs. So I started researching specifically about the diet that I did. I found out things like this diet can cure many illness such as aspergers, autism, schizophrenia, cancer, chronic pains, etc....but me studying to be a PhD in science, wanted to figure out how would somebody came to those conclusions. So I just turned 21 years old, I have been doing this diet for around a month. My symptoms have all gone away and and back to being AWESOME. I did lose all those friends I met during my first 2 months trial since they thought I just stopped hanging around with them because I didn't like them no more. If they only knew how scared I was to talk to them I have met a new social circle that loves me, and already have 3 girls interested in me sexually, all within a month (technically 20 days, since i felt like shit the first 10 day because I was going thru withdrawal effects from gluten) So the whole point of this post it that: Your social life, your mental health, the fact that you prefer isolation, is probably NOT your fault or the fact that you never knew how to pick up women....It may just be an allergy...how awesome could that be? Now, I know how hard this is to believe, as it was the first time I research all this, but there is a very simple test you can do to see if you are allergy. For 10 days, eat nothing but green vegetables and water....Don't worry about calories (It takes an average of 60 days for human beings to die of starvation if they don't EAT NOTHING...I repeat DEATH = NO FOOD for 60 days.....so you won't die) However, the first 1-7 days you WILL FEEL LIKE SHIT...you will be going thru withdrawal symptoms since gluten is actually addictive. This means that you will suffer from: sleepiness, headaches, insomnia, etc for about 7 days on this diet. Then, on the 8-10 days you will feel like GOD...no joke. ALSO, eat NO DAIRY (aka cheese, milk, butter)...some articles say that dairy can also cause celiac disease. So basically you can only have RAW green vegetables, or BOILED green vegetables...NO SALAD DRESSING and NO BEETS, CARROTS, or POTATOES (not important later on the diet but important on the first 10 days) I do not want any comment saying how stupid this is, unless you try the diet for 10 days with no cheating and you saw no results. I sure do hope all of you AFC are allergic and all you have to do is switch your diet Good luck, and may the PUA goddess be with all of us IN PUA WE TRUST btw, I am not a doctor so if you die...may sure your family does not sue me you are taking all risks yourself |

can you post a link to this diet? did you really only eat raw or cooked green veggies for a week? I recently have changed my diet quite drastically and I definitely have been noticing a difference. I have cut out all dairy and have so much more energy! Im really into lifting though and do not want to hinder my progress by eating just veggies. I actually shifted from whey protein powder to a pea/rice protein powder combination and use almond milk instead of normal milk but I know cutting out all carbs from my diet will hurt my progress and just doesn't seem healthy. |

@ ingine I actually did eat just raw/cooked green veggies for 2 MONTHS. Now that I'm back on this diet, I have been drinking only vegetable juicy for 33 days (this is only temporary and I will be back to eating raw/cooked for life, hopefully) This is just one website talking about a gluten-free diet for Celiac disease http://www.celiac.com/articles/22060/1/ ... This sounds very interesting but shit man... I need to eat my meat. How the fuck do u have meals w/ just raw veggies? And on top of that NO wheat or potatoes?? Not even carrots? I don't know much about diet but isn't bread good for your body? Don't our bodies need a little bit of all the shit from the food pyramid? The only thing I can think of eating from your description is lettuce and boiled coliflower or broccoli.... and I would be depressed and unsatisfied as fuck! Would fish be ok? Fish is good for u! |

@ coolbrownie69 Meat, pork, and fish are fine. The only reason why I don't eat them because I love them with cheese and/or butter so if I take that out, I'm only left with plain meat...which tastes like rubber. I guess I could use barbecue sauce but I'm not a big fan. I just want to clarify that you will only be needing to eat GREEN veggies and WATER for 10 DAYS. No more than that....and if you do notice MAJOR FUCKING IMPROVEMENT then you can go back to eating a regular diet, one that includes meat, but you won't be able to have any kind of grains (particularly gluten) or dairy. So you basically will be eating meat, veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, along with any kind of soda, juice, tea, coffee, etc at the end of the 10 DAYS TRIAL if you notice any MAJOR improvement Also this "allergy" is a very recent discovery. There is a lot of information about it, however, not too many people actually know about it since all this information came out not too long ago...so you might have it without even knowing it. Therefore, I am recommending this 10 DAY TRIAL to anybody that's willing to put up with a bit of headaches for 10 days....that's ain't a lot of pain you gotta put up with and if you do happened to be allergic (PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE FROM HISPANIC AND/OR EUROPEAN DECENT) you will know the cure to your life-long anxieties, communication problems, isolation, constipation, etc |

@ ingine, you could eat all fruits and veggies for 10 days. The reason why I say to eat just green veggies is because there are a few exceptions and it would be 100% easier to understand to just eat green veggies. For example, you don't want to eat potatoes, carrots, or beets since they are high in starch and this 10 trial requires to not eat high amount of startch Also, you don't want to eat apples since the peel is covered with casein (the protein of milk). That's whats gives it its shiny color, amount other things. So YOU CAN eat fruits and veggies for 10 days. Just make sure not to eat any potatoes, carrots, beets, or apples. Also eat more veggies than fruits because the fructose (the sugar type of fruits) of fruits in high amount can develop non-alcoholic fatty liver, so it is better to not eat any fruits or at least 1-4 a day during the 10 day trial. I really doubt anyhow that if you only eat fruits for the 10 day trial that you will developed any kind of fatty liver diesease, since we as americans have basically a very sugary diet (you can thank corn, aka corn syrup or high corn fructose syrup, for that...which is basically in ALL of the foods that we eat, such as all proccessed breads, sodas, packaged meats, candy, crackers....anything proccessed) Feel free to do the 10 day trial with all fruits and vegetables. And if you're really worried, remember that it is scientifically proven that a human being will die if he doesnt eat ANYTHING but water for around 60 days. So eating veggies for 10 days will not harmed you AT ALL, except for the withdrawal symptoms the first 1-7 days which include headaches, sleepiness, insomnia, etc. btw, people from Eastern Orthodox Church fast every year for 40 days in a row before Easter AND 40 days before Nativity without any noticeable problems. And if you completely dissagre with this, like I was at first (I used to say "man this people are so fucking stupid, i bet they are conspiracy theories") just try it for 10 days...you have nothing to lose and LIFE to gain...it will literally make PUA around 90% easier since all the inner game "emotions" will always be at their best (such as always happy, energetic, confident) so all you have to learn would be the common misconceptions about women, how not to make yourself look stupid in a conversation, and how to be sexual with women...the other 10% of pick up |

Also, there is a documentary called "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" that shows this 250lb man going on a juice fast (he grinded vegetables/fruits and only drank their juice) for 60 DAYS. He CURED his chronic urticaria, aka chronic hives...stopped taking ALL his 8-9 Rx medications, and of course, lost his weight to a normal healthy-looking weight (I think 180?) I do recommend watching this video, and if you don't feel like paying for it, torrent it....i guess by law I'm supposed to say don't do it....so don't TORRENT it btw, in the video he used a juicer to split the liquid from the solid part of the vegetables but you don't need one (They cost around 50-200$)...just eat raw/cooked green veggies for 10 days and you will be gucci |

Wow! I have had Celiac disease since I was a kid, and I have eaten all that gluten shit and didn't care about the disease.. I might try this out, because the past years I've been feeling shit all the time. I struggle with concentration and been very depressive, this has been messing up my school life (grades etc), I can barely concentrate during school even thought I get max sleep. This might also be the cause why I also prefer being alone, althought I wish to be more social. As you described yourself, I do have less fun when being social etc, but don't want too, if you know what I mean. However, I recently started weightlifting 1-2 months ago, and I need to gain weight, and with this diet I will probably lose weight ;( But very interesting and I will 100 % test this soon. |

@ anivia, i can totally relate to what you're describing...I wouldn't be surprise if you're constipated too, as I was btw, according to this video once you go raw vegan you will get skinny because "you're losing all the bad toxins you're body has been saving up" but eventually you body will start to build itself again with the raw vegetables and you will get back to a normal healthy weight. And, supposedly, you can get bigger faster with less workout time. Now, I don't know how much of this is true, there is not evidence but this video...but i can guarantee that you will get skinny, I did and currently am...I will be starting to workout/breakdance so if i do get bigger while eating all raw vegetables I will be posting it on this thread...but it should be in a couple of months http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SbEUHCU_GtM |

This is a good idea but would urge most guys from trying it out without further research. The most critical point of any diet/fast is when you end it. After the 10th day, (or any time you decide to end the diet) you'd want to ween yourself back into your regular diet by starting off withe the lowest allergy risk foods. If all is well, you'd continue to add other foods into your diet. If/when you get to a certain food that creates issues for you, you'd permanently keep it off of your diet. Going off of these diets with an all-at-once approach can cause harm. |
