"It's simple. We kill the SPAM." -JokerObviously, you need more stuff to talk about. Watch a few movies - some that she may have seen, and a few that she probably didn't. Dazed and Confused is one of my favorites, because the whole movie is about a night of partying and it's easy to weave into conversation, but I also like to mention classic Looney Tunes and The Hobbit animated movie when it comes to our dream jobs (I want to work in animation, tho being a hobbit would be awesome as well I spend most of my free time checking webcomics, surfing the net, and playing MMORPGs. This is a sticking point for me as well. |

Ever thought why the sky is blue? coke or pepsi? that looks like a cuppacino, but i have a hunch that it's a flatwhite Don't ask something you would get asked on a regular basis. i mean, think of it this way, how many times do you think a woman is asked "what do you do?" "come here much?", "seen any movies lately?" Rather of those questions, try "you look really shifty, like a spy... you a spy?" --- this may seem abit AFC "this place isn't as fun as it used to be" But read magazines. One exercise in The game mentions go to a bookstore with a cafe, grab a cosmopolitan and just read. the next women you think is attractive who walks by, stop her and pull an article from the mag and talk about that. and this becomes a new routine |

Use comfort building questions. They always spark long conversations that lead to story telling. Here is a list of some of my favorite ones: • What’s your favorite Dr. Seuss book? • What’s the longest you’ve gone without sleep? • What’s the habit you’re proudest of breaking? • What’s your favorite web site? • What was your most recent trip of more than 50 miles? • What’s the best bargain you’ve ever found at a garage sale or thrift store? • Where were you on September 11, 2001? • What do you order when you eat Chinese food? • What’s the best costume you’ve ever worn? • What’s your least favorite word? • If you had to be named after one of the 50 states, which would it be? • Would you state you were guilty of a crime you didn’t commit to free a loved one? • Where is your favorite place to sleep? Where is the strangest place you’ve ever slept? • At the beginning of a relationship, do you trust your new partner unless there is something specific to make you do otherwise, or do you withhold your trust until he or she has earned it? • Who do you think is the most beautiful person alive today? • If you could change one day in your life, not a single decision, but one pivotal day, which would it be? • Which month of the year do you think would best describe your personality. • If you could ask God any single question, what would it be? • If you could be invisible for one hour, where would you go and what would you do? • What do you remember about your first day at school? • If you could suddenly find out that one work of fiction was actually true, what book would you select? • Have you given any gifts with messages engraved upon them? What did the inscription say? • If you could travel into the future, how far would you want to go? • Do you think the world will be a better or a worse place 100 years from now? • Who is the most important person in your life? • Describe yourself in one word. • What is the meaning of marriage? • Are you attracted to people whose personalities are similar to yours or very different? • If you could undo one thing your parents did, what would it be? • Have you ever faked an illness to avoid doing something you didn’t want to do? • If you were to name the absolute best gift you ever received as a child, what would it be? • What’s the most exciting thing you’ve ever done? • What are your talents/specialties/ what makes you unique? • If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? • If there is one thing that you could do for the rest of your life, what would it be? • What’s something weird about you? (They tend not to answer this one as much) • What do you do for fun, (besides school/work)? • What’s a significant event in your life? • What do you keep the most hidden? What is your most vivid childhood memory? |

oh yeah.. "so .. do you sing in the shower? hmmm wich songs?" then neg or dhv... and then thread it... music.. last album bought, concerts, travel, crazy stories travelling.. you just have to connect.. if you connect it like a thread... or a network, or a word related thing.. you will keep going forever! but the best are the ones where she had great experiences like asking what does she loves to do, what does she remember from her younger age... and so on..... |

Some of them I made myself. But it's more a compilation of me writing down all the good comfort builders I hear when someone asks me a question that really get's me thinking. A lot of these come from junior high essay prompts believe it or not lol. Glad they help though.

Try free assosiating Its an exercise that you can do by yourself, and can do when someone answers your opener. So u open them, and neg them and.. -literally take a word out of the opener, neg, or just something you notice and free associate it. so if u use likee.. I need an opinion on something, do you think Kim Kardashian deserves all of the attention she gets? -take like the word attention and I would relate it to -T.V. --> T.V. show --> my favorite one --> Modern Family so just freely assosiate, and ull never run out of stuff to say, then kino, neg, and use your material/routines at the right times and ull b fine |

Iv found a great C&F way to open a new question once you feel the conversation is dying is to say: You: have you got anything interesting to talk about? HB: errr pauses for a second/something irrelevant if HB pauses you say: you: bored.. (joke exasperation over the time HB is taking even though you just put her on the spot... then ask your question) if HB responds quickly: naaahhh. (playful) thats boring.. (then ask your question..) it has to come off light though and you can even come back to her thing if HB said something good. Hamatam |
