That little sister part could blow up on in your face EXTREMELY easily, seriously man. You have the right mindsight, but comparing her to your little sister, then wanting to kiss her? That would make you come off as creepy. She'd be thinking "So he's kissed his little sister?! :shock: " y'know? Even as a disqualifier that wouldn't be the direction I'd go for, I'd always use something with potential to lead into sexual frames. Plus, most if not all of your comfort building should be non-verbal.
Nothing can't be solved with some good body language.

lol looks like you also could of taken that further... have to agree that it seems kind of creepy that you told her that right before hooking up with her. She may be even into that who knows lol. The whole "little sister" and putting her into friend zone etc is usually done AFTER hooking up to isolate and put the target in its place.
