when iwas just starting out, i used to have real issues with this. i felt as though if i stopped talking, then she would lose interest.
my solution 
I like to use the situation around me & any associations & memories i get from the environment im in for conversation. This is a much more natural conversation, & i found im less likely to come off as dancing monkey than saying 'who lies more, men or women?' or 'ive got monopoly at home, whats your favourite peice?'
Because conversation is such a fluid entity anyway, i found it hard to only have set things i talk about. Its very easy to seem to be havign on a verbal level, a normal, boring conversation, but on a non- verbal level, have an incredibly sexual tone.
What i like to do, and its fun to practice, is information seeking. I read it on an email i got one from Jack Ellis & i use it all the time now.

in any sentence, there are usually 4 or 5 different 'buds of conversation' as i call them. These could be words she said, like 'i love it when a guy fucks me like this....' or also the way she says something,
for example, if she said 'ive heard england is a nice place.' that suggests she has never been to england.
Any of these buds of conversation you can branch off of and say 'have you not been to england? where have you been?' or 'im not sure that position is the best one for you, allow me to demonstrate a much better one.'
in the next sentence, another 4 or 5 buds will crop up, and you can literally carry on a conversation indfefinaltey just going on the last sentence that has been said.
Sometimes, in converstion, a subject comes to its nautral end, like talking abou england. If this does happen, you can easily jump back to an earlier topic a few branches back; 'so, we were talking about sex positions...'
give it a try, i found it really helped instead of having to rely on set routines. Whilst i still have some routines that i use, its more like a nice addition to give a bit extra attraction, the real attraction comes from the sexual undertone that i communicate with my body language & the sexual frame.
