I had one of the coolest learning experiences last night and it didn't even hit me until today. I am so new to this game that I haven't even recognized the importance of some of the basics. I got to see a clear example of why every step in the method is so important last night.

I was at a local college type bar with a girl I know who was inadvertently acting as my wing. Well, she knew I was there to meet girls but there was no agreement made. Anyway, I noticed when we were leaving that the skirt she was wearing made her ass look terrible and I noted that to use as an opener later. I opened this hb7 (who after getting to know her was actually a 10 because she was funny as hell) with "Hey can I ask you a question? turned my wing around with a dance spin and lifted her coat. "Does this skirt make her..." I got interrupted because she thought I was going to say make it look fat. "I took control by "whoah whoah whoah, this is me time, your time is once the question is asked." I asked pointed out that the skirt made her ass look bad which is a shame because she has a great ass. This flung us into 2 hours of conversation standing on the front porch of the bar. My Kino Escalation was perfect, my eye contact and triangular gazing were off the chain, and I was 100% sure I was getting a kclose or fclose. I ended up with the wimpiest little peck kclose in the world.
Okay I know that was a long story but I figured something out just a few minutes ago and had to put my thoughts out. Looking back in from the outside I realize we stood on this porch forever. It never once occurred to me that I could have moved the set! I never actually completely sold her on the idea of following my lead. I gotta say, the devil is in the details and I have a long way to go.

Great story, but making fun of your friends is never a good idea. Also bringing 1 friend with you who happens to be a girl isn't the best for picking up chicks... they usually think you are a couple and this will cause all kind of problems.

The "me time"-comment was kinda weird, would've been better to say something like: "Do you always interrupt people when they are talking? how rude! :)"
or I like to just non-verbally freeze in the moment they interrupt me and just look at them weird, they usually laugh and realize they interrupted me. Then they apologize and let me continue my story.


But hey, despite all this you still had a full-blown conversation so kudos! Just giving you some pointers here for next time. :)

Hey I appreciate it bro. I fully recognize that I could have done better, hence the post. I appreciate the feedback. Only one thing I will correct you on. I was out with more than 1 person I just didn't mention the others because they weren't really involved in the story. The girl who was with me has wanted to fuck me for years and knew I was there to pick up girls. If you can find me one PUA who doesn't think having girls around who want to fuck you is going to up your game then get him to back you up. It pretty much was a instant OPEN,NEG and DHV. I got her number and I am going to see her again, that's a win in my book. If you wanna give me sound advice that's straight; Save all that negativity bull shit for a HOW TO BE A DICK forum.

Hey one advice man triangulating doesn't always have to end with a kiss, if you get a wimpy kiss then better go off on a high note for sexual tension and anticipation, rather than a reluctant kiss. You have to control your emotion and desire if you want to success in the game.

So basically you spent 2 hours checking if she was attracted to you (she probably was) and didn't escalate.

Remember - once you're satisfied she's attracted at all, ESCALATE.

yea man... bummer. I guess I was a little taken with her charm. I definitely stayed in my comfort zone and missed an oppoutunity to have a special moment with someone.

ARGH she has a boyfriend! Man ain't that the way it always is. I guess that explains the mixed signals and incongruent behaviors coming from her. I'm going pretty heavy from MM on this but I think she probably emotionally wanted to hook up but me leaving too much responsibility to her killed her ability to have "plausible deniability". I guess I did a better job closing than I thought I did. I was in a different battle all together. Wow I could have inadvertently been a total ass! Now I gotta figure out if master PUAs have some tricks on picking up on behavior that suggests a girl is already taken. Anyone know of anything>?

They usually say: "I have a boyfriend.", the first time they say it just treat it as a shittest... because it usually is. But if they keep hammering on it, it's probably true.
