This is High school Game , You know those days where you are feeling down or maybe something bad just happened to you or something is really bugging you and you just feel like sitting alone with no confidence and not really talking to anyone . so basically out of state. and then a girl you game walks into class and smiles says hi to you that you game ..should you lie about your mood and smile and greet her or what ? I get stressed easily and feel this way a lot and basically should i always seem like i'm a good mood ? |

Hey man, This usually happens when something is bothering you or you are focusing too much on negative thoughts. This kills your state. I feel pretending that you are in state when you are not, is a temporary or weaker solution. It might work at times, but your state will be too much dependent on how the girl responds. For example: If the girl says something negative or doesn't respond favorably to what you are saying, then you'll feel even lower than before. Hence, pretending might actually work against what you are trying to achieve, which is to get and stay in STATE. I feel the best solution is one, which doesn't rely on people, certain things/objects, or situations to get in STATE. Since negative thoughts are the reason for being out of state, you can simply choose to focus on positive ones to change how you feel. This way you can get in state without needing anyone but yourself. This is different than pretending. When you really appreciate and look forward to positive things in life, you are being REAL and not pretending. Hence, this is a more solid solution. Here's a nice article I found that explains in detail how to achieve this: http://www.attractioninstitute.org/gett ... ermanently Hope this helps! |

Have been watching a lot of HIMYM lately so I have to agree with sike! If you have interest run through "The Secret", the book really teaches you how to be positive all the time. |
