So I been working with this cute girl for 6 months and we flirt a lot. Some dude came in the other day asking for her said he was her friend so I said this "you're boyfriend came in the other day and she said what wait I don't even know that dude he keeps coming in and asking about me,she said he was stalking her and I said that's crazy well I work 3-8 so you don't have to worry .. The fireworks are here in my town today and I said are you going fireworks she said blah blah she would prolly walk up there after work and I said why don't you gimme your number and you can come park at my house you don't have to walk so far just in case.. She said yeah put her number in my phone no mind you I am supposed be working so I was like cool and left went back to work and still flirted with her all day like I always do.. I forgot to give her my number so she could call me after work so I text her .. Hey I just now realized I didn't give you my number earlier at work.. I wondered why you hadn't sent me a 100 messages yet lol 2 mins later I responded saying it was cyanide just in case you were like WTF .. No response I wanna know how to find out why she didn't text me back but not be AFC or needy about it to be no chalant and cool.. Any advice??

You had been flirted with her for 6 months?? That's a very long time, dude. YOu should be already sleep with her in that long time if you make that move early. It doesn't matter if she didn't reply. she probably just not in the mood. Look for result; not reaction from her. Flirting is reaction. Going solo date & sleep with her is result!

Kinda hard to do when she didn't reply, well at first I just enjoyed flirting with her and someone to tease at work but after few months I really started to like her but now I guess best thing to do is act unaffected by her non response and stop flirting with her stay the hell away from the girls at work and just treat her like a co-worker from now on i'm guessing thats the best way to act?

I swear I could not understand half of what you wrote, OP. Try punctuation. She doesn't sound interested to me... I'd avoid going off and telling her you like her, for starters... And I also wouldn't ask her why she didn't text you. If she was into you, you can bet she'd have replied. Just give it a few days and send another text. If you don't get favorable replies to it, then move on.
