Hey guys, this is basically what happened...
So meet this girl back in november, I had one of my extremely rare alpha moments and went up to her before our class (we had 3 together so I kind of knew her from this one tutorial project) and talked to her for a bit. Later after class notice she added my on fb and instagram so w/e I accept. Start talking to her about school and usual boring "get to meet you" stuff over fb and eventually get her number. This was exam season so we studied a few times together and we texted back and forth, her starting convos most of the time. We agreed to go for a beer after our last exam (she doesn't live in the city) before she left the next morning but she said her head was hurting so she didn't end up coming out. Fast forward to the winter break, I ask her if she's coming back to town sometime and she said yes, so ask to go to coffee and we agree on a day, and she says it's good and the only thing she has is to go to her grandparents' house in the morning. Text her day of and get response "oh my grandparents guilt tripped me into staying the whole day, sorry cant come out".
At this point I was a annoyed so I figured I wouldn't text her anymore but then after new year's when we were back to school she started texting me often. Then one day we were studying till pretty late on a saturday and when I got home I see she texted me "Let's get a coffee sometime
" to which I obviously figured she was interested in me. She also sent a text and apologized for the times she flaked and said she thought I was pretty awesome. When the day came that we were supposed to go for coffee I texted her asking if coffee was still a go and she responded "oh we were supposed to have coffee?". Like wtf man you're the one who suggested it -.-. Anyways, basically she asks if coffee is just a friends thing and blah blah blah "im not looking for a bf, just wanna be friends, been hurt too many times" and that's it. So now what? Keep talking or just erase from my brain and move on. Sorry for long read and thanks in advance for your opinions.
