Post subject:  Is this an indirect IOI?

I know this girl that I'm friends with however I like her as more than that and I believe she does too. Sometimes if she texts I won't get back to her for 2hrs or so whether it be on purpose or I'm just busy. I notice that she doesn't take well to this. For example, if I take long to respond she'll suddenly take just as long or more to respond even though she normally texts back within a couple minutes.

Does a girl getting mad that you don't text back immediately mean she likes you or is this just a case of having bad text manners lol.

Thanks in advance.

if you like her, just ask her out!!dont tip-toe around the obvious.

she likes you.

which is really good, dont waste that feeling,if you continue to tip toe around it, she will just get turned off.
simply, ask her out for slice of pizza or dinner.

Best of luck bro send a snap shot of the texts to give us an idea of what situation you are in! :D

Thanks for the replies. I actually agree with both responses. One thing I didn't mention is that she has a bf which is why I was wondering why it bothered her that I didn't answer her texts immediately. She said that she thought that I was ignoring her texts when to myself I'm thinking "why do you care?"

im sorry to hear that bro :/
maybe you could possible sarge her out of relationship with the other guy.

Has she mentioned anything along the lines,in her texts, that she is losing interest in her boyfriend ?
if she did, thats an IOI  .

She was annoyed that you weren't responding to her texts much quicker?thats an IOI but could be just of plain curiousness.

The fact that it bothers her is a good thing. It means she's thinking about you, wondering why you don't text back immediately.

If she thinks you're ignoring her, naturally she will think something is wrong with her first, then with you. So don't worry about it. It's an IOI.

no she hasn't mentioned losing interest in her bf, actually she never mentions her bf to begin with. I'm not looking to break up a couple though. She could very well have a crush on me but as long as she's in a relationship I don't see much I can really do unfortunately except for meet other girls.

if she does have a crush on you mate = she is losing interest and if she is concerned why you arent texting back quick enough, well, thats a definite IOI,2 actual :) see where the texting goes?she may have used the bf saying as a shit test.just to test your reaction.meet up with her for a walk or a coffee, there is no harm in a coffee or a simply walk?

also syx is right,The fact that you arent texting her back immediately and it bothers her,is a good thing!! It does point towards her taking an interest in you. syx couldnt put it better :)
