I will try to keep this short by leaving out the unnecessary details. Basically, I work with this one girl who is really cute and a little wild which makes me think she would be awesome in bed. At least four people have told me is sending me signals of interest. I have never picked up on them and honestly believe it is just her being friendly and polite but recently she changed her shift so that she and I could be working together. Its a pretty late shift and we get off at 3 in the morning. As a result, she asked me if I would mind walking her home after our shift and I agreed (I legitimately just want her to be safe, I didn't do this to make a move). Well, we just had our first shift together and decided it would be fun if we drank while working (don't judge me) so we went through four beers each and a few shots during our shift and when we went back to her place I asked if I could spend the night rather than drive home while drunk. She agreed but I didn't make a move because I didn't want to go for it, get shut down, and then ruin a chance in the future. It didn't seem like she was giving me signals when we were at her place and I don't think I have really established any rapport with her. We will be working the same shift again next week and I just want to know what you guys think I should do to build some rapport and create a connection between us. I just need help with getting her attracted. In fact, it seemed like she wanted to get away from me asap, I didn't want to be the creepy guy who makes a move and has her all creeped out. Not only would I ruin my chances with her but also with other girls she talks to (almost every girl I am interested in is friends with this girl in some way). Jesus, am I hopeless? |

Don't beat yourself up bro. You can still salvage this by manning up a bit and going after what you want. Sometimes you just gotta take it, be the aggressor, etc. She obviously trusts you which is huuuge. But her interest won't last too long if you don't make a move. You might think you have something to lose, which is preventing you in the first place from taking a chance, but in reality you don't have anything. Next time you're working with her, just hype up some show on netflix for a bit and toward the end of the shift randomly/implusively ask her "so hey.. wanna come by after and watch this awesome show?" if she comes up with some excuse not to, just be like... "alright, you probably couldn't handle the (action/horror/comedy) anyway" and move on like it's nothing. Also, make sure you're not putting all ur eggs in this one basket. Keep us posted. |
