She's shy and I don't see her often in college.

She gives me eye contact and looks away when caught often.
In one unusual case she was sat on the computer directly ahead, facing me. She would look up at me and then look down at her computer again extremely fast, CONTINUALLY. I took this as a strong IOI?
I've talked to her twice but both incidents were brief.

I want to approach her in a way that builds comfort and gets her to open up so I can actually arrange a date

I just don't know HOW to get the ball running

Advice would be appreciated loads guys :mrgreen:

I don't know her, but yes definitely huge IOI. Don't creep her out by not saying anything and just staring, she'll think you have no balls. Just go up to her and talk to her, and ask her out. IOI's and college, you're already favored.

Damn man. Start with Hi, hold some eye contact, and contain yourself.

Or you can always go with "So I've got this friend named Ketel1...." which is always an alpha move.
