| Post subject: | I get too excited and forget everything? |
I usually go to the local mall and talk to the sales hired guns. I DHV by saying I teach English in Starbucks and I talk to the girls about high school, learning languages, American tourists etc. Before reading PUA materials, during a long strech of time (2001-2011) I wasnt talking to women at all, so for me, chatting in the mall with a chick is such big result that after a couple of minutes I get so excited by the HB, that I get stage fright, extatic, my voice becomes higher, I start speaking faster, and my heart rate goes up. I buy into her frame, would seek her approval and forget all routine, all gambit and PUA material what I should have been running on her. Time passes, and the hired gun has to go back to work, and we have just talked about how to learn English, but I didnt bild enough comforth to get her number. So I end up going home with nothing. How can I be less nervous and remember something? |

There are multiple ways to do this. Most common is reference. Meaning you practice the stack as much as possible so it is second nature. That's if you want routines. A better way is to change your focus. If your focused on talking to a cute girl your going to freak out. But if you change you focus to for example how your feet feel in the socks. It will change everything. Your mind is doing a pattern interupt. Nothing to fear there. Same thing happens when you focus on your breathing. This is called Bio Feed back. You can litterally control your heart rate and a lot of other things with just focusing on your breath. |
