Hi, So... there is some girl from where i work, we are not exacly at the same place but i got to talk to her a few time, and most of them were work related. How can i get out of this "Workzone", i mean how do i get out of this context without making it wierd? Thanks in advance and sorry for my english. |

Intentionally start talking about personal things. Make some assumptive statements about her. Tell her she seems like a "___" type of person. You can also transition the work conversation into a personal one. Ask her where she worked before there. And where she lived. Then asked if she went to school around there and what her major is. Before you know it you will just be talking about her personal life and the boring work stuff will no longer be relevant. |

Thanks, I'll try that, but I think the real problem is that if I'll make a move (and i mean anything beyond talking to her), it might surprise her and things will be wierd... how can i know if i can escelate?
