Post subject:  What will be the right thing to do next?
I met up with my neighbor a few times. The other night we decided to do something the next night.

Now plans changed and some mates wanted to go out to some bars (girls and guys)
So I send her a text saying:
M: "I know you were held back from going out (by her ex. She told me this). Tonight is a Pubcrawl in **. Should be fun. And you like fun?
H: "Haha but i'll be in uni til 9
"maybe even half 9"
M: "Ok. See you later"
H: "coool"

at 10:15 she text me that she's home now. By that time my friend (girl) had come over already for some predrinking.

A bit later I go over and knock on her door as I was pretty sure she was going to come out with us now. She opens up we chat for a bit:

H: "What you up to."
M: "Yeah just going to ** for a few drinks."
H: "Oh yeah I'm goin out too. First to my friends house then outout probably"

I'm really confused at that point but went on and she asks me in. I'm like
M: "why don't you come over I have a friend over."
H: "Who?"
M: "Eve"
she gives me a look so i guess she didn't like that.

I tried to play it cool but I really didn't know what to think of that.
I left with my friend alone then. On the way to the bar I txt her:
M: "Too bad you didn't come along"
H: "you could have gone with me too :)"

Didn't think it was good to respond to that or didn't know so I left it like that.
Maybe I shouldn't have txt that last bit...??

What else should I do now? I leave town for 4 days now. Should I just ask her today how her night was and that I'm leaving town for a few days and then just leave it. Or only text her when I get back?

Ok I think waiting was the right thing to do..
Today I got a txt saying:
H: "You know it's really rude to let your fiancee wait for 5 days."
(the other day we were talking about relationships and started to bullshit about it and said it would be great if we got married and stuff...she's still playing it)

Should I just txt her back later and ask her if she wants to go watch a movie when i get back? Or you guys reckon I should let her feel that I was pissed off somehow??

Here's what you do. For the next 24 hours, 48 hours or even a week, try to avoid ANY conscious thinking. Just let yourself experience the sensation of being alive and how things and people around you make you feel.

Hopefully after this period, you won't be quite so bothered about the details you're asking about here, or what WE think about them.

Oh believe me I do enjoy life a lot! I'm quite pretty confident about myself I just don't want to fuck it up as much anymore...thought that was the point?!

My point was that there is no real problem here. This girl isn't presenting any problems, these are just normal interactions, so until she starts throwing a spanner in the works, it would be better to just relax about it.
