Adding to Tony, a great way to get her out and change the FRAME would be to now teach HER something you're good at. Good at pool? Go to a place with a pool table. Good at bowling? Go there and teach her. You can even tease her a little if she says you suck at gymnastics, saying something like "My daddy always told me that if the student isn't learning, then the teacher sucks" with a smirk. "Let me show you how teaching is really done." You have to change the frame here. Right now she is leading and you're falling into it like a little puppy with no food. Get her out to do something you're good at and she sucks. That would be ideal. |

That all makes sense. Thanks for the feedback guys much appreciated. So if i went along the lines of Not going to be able to make gym this week how about you send me your number and we can do something towards the end of the week? |

"Not going to be able to make it to the gym this week, but send me your number and we can do something else on Saturday (or what ever day you were referencing to) or if you are worried she might be busy say Something else on the weekend" |
