I'm so terrible at timing. Even though my game isn't great and I suffer from some dreadful AA, I mostly seem to lack in the timing department. For example, I was at a disco, about to leave with the bus when there was a girl talking to a group of guys. Me, being remarkably unaffected by AA, just went up there and stole the girl from the group. There was instant attraction because of this bold move and we sat together on the bus afterwards. Was doing some light kino and things seemed to go fine, we were talking etc, but at some point she just got bored or some shit. Didn't feel like coming across as an AFC so didn't try too hard anymore, and even though we had some attraction I ended up without a close. What are my pointers? What should I be working on? |

approach more girls, do better next time you know what you want to work on, you started off strong, then lost your direction, go in strong, and stay strong, all the way to the end, and close keep the approaches up, and do multiple approaches a day, keep in mind that the first approach of the day is usually the hardest, and the last approach of the day is usually the easiest just keep at it, GOOD LUCK |

You lost steam and trailed off. She picked up on it, lost interest, and that's why nothing happened. You didn't have a strong closing obejective, like to get a number or draw her to another location. You need to ramp up your energy level as you approach your close, and get her excited about it, not bored. |

Yeah I've been watching and reading a lot of pua stuff since I posted this. Seems my kino was way off, which probably made her lose interest as it wasn't nearly as paced as the conversation was going (at some point she asked if I was a good kisser, probably something I should've done there). It's just, I'm terrible at picking up these IOI's, I've had my mother tell me a girl likes me after being in the room with a bunch of friends for like 30m, but I hadn't spotted it until she told me (she was right tho). I was always baffled why I was so shit with girls that I like, unless they had bfs in which case I somehow felt safer, even though I'm naturally charismatic around anyone else and I tend to be the AMOG without even trying, in most situations. It's just when random girls come along that I might like, I slam shut faster than a twilight book at a literature convention. That said, I also do not have a frame or game of any kind. Most of the time I have no idea what to talk about so I just go to the generic questions that bores practically everyone. |

if she's friendly, seems somewhat nervous, tries to ask you questions, tells you information about herself, lets you touch her, possibly tries to touch you, is giggle etc, continuously keeps adjusting herself/fidgeting around and touching her hair, she probably wants you to kiss herThat said, I also do not have a frame or game of any kind. After reading all this shit on the website it seems I used to be a natural during high school but I completely failed at isolation/escalating (with kino). Used to always joke around and give what I know realize are very light playful negs, DHVing a lot, but never had the guts to even kino. Going quite off the original subject here, but the main thing I seem to not get my head around yet is openers. Because most/all of my social interaction with girls was in high school, I never really needed to open up a completely random group set or single set, cause I already knew who I was talking to and saying "Hey" followed up by a general question about some trivial shit was quite easy. What do you guys normally open up with? I've read a lot of routines, but most of them seem only useful after the hook point (which is what, the hook point, exactly?). I can easily visualize an opener with "Hey have you seen *blablarandomstuff* outside? Yeah they were fighting/arguing about *comic stuff*. Can you believe it?" But that opener doesn't seem like it's always suitable, especially when you don't know how long they've been inside ("Yea we just came in we didn't see anything?"). Also, how do you follow up an opener? How do you know when it's time to neg, isolate, #-close, k-close etc. Most of my success before I came here was when I got introduced to a girl or I already knew her from high school, which completely took away the need for openers. Not to mention (mixed) group openers. I understand these are a lot of questions, probably in the wrong part of the forum, but if you could guide me to the right part or even give questions I'd be highly appreciative. |
