why do you feel you need to prove something to the whole group?

just pick a girl you like from the group, talk to her, if there are 5 they can entertain each other, if you want to captivate the group, just address the whole group, or individually address who you want, you don't have to be some attention whore 24/7, it's ok if you just sit back for a while and listen to them, it gives you a chance to give them your approval instead of constantly seeking their approval, that will only put you in a needy headspace of.. omg omg I need to get more validation, more attention, I had them earlier, but now they are losing interest, OMG NOOOOO... what do I do?!?!?

all you have to do is change you mindframe, just relax, they already like you, just chill out, when you have something to say, believe in it, it is important, say it, know it, cool, if you don't have anything to say, listen to what's going on, get involved, be an active listener and start just shooting the shit and vibing with the girls, you don't have to impress man, let the girls impress you instead

Hello there. Today I was given a chance to hang out with 5 another girls, one of them being my sister (she invited me). I decided I'll try it out (note: all of the girls are older then me, and I'm 20 - they're around 23 etc.) The thing is, when I came there, everything worked perfectly. I seemed to be in the center of attention for 15 - 20 minutes, entertaining them, but after the initial 15 minutes it's like they started to slowly outdominate me. They started talking about internal stuff and internal jokes which I couldn't really understand and/or add something. I felt really left out and couldn't work my way back in. Now that I'm writing this, I'm starting to see where my mistake was. I should've told them during the initial period that I won't be staying for more then 20 - 30 minutes. Which I did not. Which could be the reason I got outdominated after a while. What do you guys think? What do you do when you start feeling like a big group of girls start to outtalk you?

Damn, bro. Dont you have a heavy pair haha You and a set of 5 is pretty difficult, especially if you went in just off the bat. I respect that. In my experience telling stories about exciting times in your life or playing little games does the trick, but yeah; Use time- constraints! They're monneeeyyyyy!!!!

Let them talk, pick one, and start gaming on her. You had a magic number there that would have allowed you to isolate one and get to know her better. The next time something like that happens you need to make a choice and go for it.
