Post subject:  new chap asking for situational advice

Evening all,

My very first post here, have only just started looking into PUA theory and would like some general advice on a few points, I will try and give a quick overview of a situation I got into on Sunday in a club, and any advice would be appreciated. Dont be surprised if I I made some big errors as I say, I am new to this.

In club, general interaction with a few women, some I initiated others they initiated - seemed like a generally nice SPAM

One particular one that I liked, she was at the bar with a mate and I use the open space next to them to get my round in (in club with 1 other pal). Bit of banter between us 3 etc etc for a few mins as we are all waiting, think it was mutually started. Managed to get in a bit of kino, and she didnt seem to have any problem with it,

Back with my mate, end up on the dance floor a bit later, group of about 10people including a few randoms dancing in and about the same area. I wander off and end up having a jokey kind of dance with 2 slightly older women. The girl I liked (ie the one from the bar) randomly taps me on the back of the head and walks off again.

problem was she was with a few other chaps that were clearly interested in her too. What would the advice to me be, to work on getting a number, I did ask for it as she was leaving but got a no, I kinda realised I had not done enough to get it before I asked, but hey if you dont ask you dont get right?

Perhaps more talk at bar? or move her away from the dance floor attention and isolate?

Possibility she was just out for a bit of banter with some randoms, and wasnt actually looking for anything. But General advice would be appreciated.

I realise I have rambled on a bit/ a lot, so if anything needs clarifying just ask.

cheers

T
