Post subject:  FACEBOOK 101

In this college accepted students facebook group (don't participate in it too much, maybe commented like 5 times in that many months) I commented on something and then messaged a girl who also commented. Our conversation kinda hit off (every few days when we are on FB we'll send a decent sized message (paragraphish in length). This has happened for about 2 weeks with a few messages sent both ways. College doesn't start until August, and I'm kinda into this girl, so how do I keep a conversation going while trying to avoid the friendzone?

PS- I did this with some other girl for awhile back a few months ago and we've become close, but I feel like I may have hit the Friendzone (she says I love you and all occasionally, calls me love/dear occasionally). I like her too, but maybe its best to have one female friend. We used to talk every day, but I've cut it back where I'll talk with her 1-2 a week now (both kinda start and carry over convos) Is there any way to remedy this or just focus on the other girl?

I'd probably bring it back to once or twice a week when you message her to draw it out and to avoid friendzone i'd just keep flirting with her, dont get too buddy buddy or she'll think of you as a friend.

And female friends are good to have, should always have a few man.

Friendzone has nothing to do with time. I've had text flirting for months before meeting a girl out of state. Just don't get "comfortable" stay fun and you have your chance. But bear in mind that Facebook->sex is a rare event. Your odds of connecting in person is lower than your odds of not connecting. So don't pin a lot of hopes on this.
