Post subject:  A Date? At my own house!?
Well hey guys,

on 05-05-2012 I had one of the best nights in my entire life. I k-closed a HB 7.

After that we chatted alot, and I just asked if she had some time she could come over and have a drink with me. She said sure! Again I was very happy, but then it hit me. 2 of us, alone, at my house!? How am I gonna handle this, what am I going tot talk about.

Can someone give me advice? What should I do to get her in a comfy and relaxed mood? What should I talk about?

In the club it was so easy, just some dancing ( what I love to do ) and almost no chatting. So now we are alone and I have to see to keep the conversation going. So advice guys!

This is what happens when we don't take the time to build comfort and common ground rapport before we close. She's thinking the same thing right about now. What are we going to talk about if we hang out? I don't really know him... That alone may mean she flakes from coming over. In the future my take more time and get some rapport going with her so you have some conversation topics.

For this date, my suggestion would be between now and whenever your date is to build rapport through asking questions via a phone call or text. Find out about what she likes to do, who her friends are, what her family is like, on and on. Get some material. :)

Plan some stuff to do. Instead of just winging these things have a clear goal and an agenda to meet that goal.

Clean your place. The cleaner the better. Women don't like filth, well most of them.

Here are some ideas.

Have some DVD's or bluerays on hand to let HER pick out a movie.

Got an x-box??? challenge her to a game.

Order some good food to eat with her. (or even better cook it yourself and have her help)

Have any collectables laying around your place??? Come up with a pre-thought DHV of them and tell the story.

When I have a girl over the first thing I do is give her a tour of my little condo and tell her to make herself at home. Show her the place, where all the bathrooms are etc...

Make sure your house smells nice, one thing that puts me off someones house if it it smells weird. Put on some good chilled music, nothing odd like deathcore. Cook her a meal, like suggested and get her to help. Buy some decent wine, wine that goes with the food.

It could be a good idea to phone with her before the date to get her more comfortable with you. I always descripe how I live, that makes it more natural for her to come over.

"What should I do to get her in a comfy and relaxed mood?"
- You go first. Don't act nervous. Stay cool. Give her some time to become comfortable in your house.

"What should I talk about? "
- I have some youtube Videos in mind and I also like to talk about books that I read. Both for framing purpose, of course. But I prepare those topics before the Day2. So I talk with her about reading or interesting/heart melting/whatever youtube videos shortly and come back to that when she's at my house. I also do that for screening. If she is absolutely not into reading or thinks that only nerds watch youtube videos I just drop that topic and use something else.
