Connecting with women is very important if you want success with them. One thing most guys don't do is listen to women that well. When girls talk to you always try to relate to what they are saying to you. If you ask women powerful questions about her past and future women will open up to you much more easier. Give it a try sometime.

Short and to the point, i like it. But can you give examples of these questions and when in the interaction you should use them?

Sure.so say you start a conversation with a girl and ask her where she's from? After she tells you, what most men do is say "Colorado, cool" and the conversation ends. What I do is ask a girl WHY she moved? would she do the same thing again? basically asking questions that are more personal and profound. I hope that clears it up :)

Definitely, anything that dives below the surface of the topic and you would likely say naturally with a friend. The thing is people like talking about themselves, and will usually give you a satisfactory answer you can expand with on the fly.

For example, if they bring up a friend who just broke up, I'll lead in with "what made them break up?" then go deeper "yeah I feel like ____ is so important in a relationship" and elaborate on that topic. Girls eat that stuff up because it's interesting and relates to what they're dealing with.

Sounds so simple but it's so effective.

that sounds soo good, plus simple. but now I am seriously left with like a million questions now hahaha.
here is one for instence:

1. do my open
2. introduce myself
3. then start asking questions like: what do you do for a living, do you study or work? whats your favorite hobies? etc...

Nah that's boring, "skimming the surface" stuff and opposite of what Psychotic is saying.

What you do is pick ONE of those questions. Once you get an answer, don't just go to the next question, elaborate on her answer! Whatever she says, bring up a something that's inherent to that hobby/job/college major and conversate.

For example, if she says she's working towards becoming a teacher, you can say "Really? I always felt like teacher's have a special passion to help others succeed, don't you think?" If the girl is a 9 or 10 I'll use this to lead into a BHRR, because you shouldn't just build them up and boost their ego.

At the same time, some girls just want to have fun and don’t want to get all personal. One of the worst things you can do is come off like an AFC by asking interview questions. In fact, if she starts asking job interview questions you can say “can’t you think of something interesting to talk about? Please, spare me the pain of the usual school-job-family conversations. Let’s save that until we’re picking names for our kids.” (credit to David Deangelo)

In Red Cali’s example [If she says she's working towards becoming a teacher, you can say "Really? I always felt like teacher's have a special passion to help others succeed, don't you think?" If the girl is a 9 or 10 I'll use this to lead into a BHRR, because you shouldn't just build them up and boost their ego.]

This is good, but I would first say “that’s stupid” when she tells you she wants to be a teacher, and then you say “I’m kidding” and then explain to her why teaching would be awesome and make her feel really good about it. This is especially good if you are a college student discussing majors. It's the same deal.

This is the goal. Getting there takes some practice. It helps to avoid "interview" questions. (Where are you from? What do you do?)

If you can't help but do the interview, two things you can do is either get good at playing off of her responses ("You're an accountant? So that means you're good with money. ... Perfect because I've been looking for a sugar mama."), OR you learn to ask questions that you really want to answer ("Ahh, so you're born and raised here. I'm actually from Brazil. I like it here, but there's some things I can only get back in Brasilia.")

Otherwise, ask fun questions. "I wanna know more about you. If you had to develop a perfume fragrance, what would you call it?" If you have a playful and fun vibe about you, these questions can pull a girl out of the standard boredom.

very smart. so deffently stay away from interview questions. and if your going to ask/stuck asking interview questions try and play off of their answers. what else?

That's a good idea. Even better, is to just root the idea that you guys are going to get up to something without asking her, and then doing something crazy.

Rooting the idea: wait until she says something or does something that shows you she's cool, and then qualify her. "I already like you. You seem like you're fun and down for an adventure." Or "I can tell we're gonna get into a lot of trouble tonight."

Something random and crazy: "Yo, let's steal the glasses from this bar." Even if you don't actually do it, or do it halfway (like grabbing the glass and putting it under the table), you can amp up a playful bad boy style.

You don't need to ask for permission. Use the power of suggestion.
