Post subject:  Breaking through her shyness when texting.
How do you effectively hold a text conversation with someone that only ever seems to give short answers and "how are you"s and "are you ok"s? I've had this girl's number for 7 months now, tried it 7 months ago but she was exactly the same so got bored. Same story just after new years. Today i get a text out of the blue from her... "hew hows u? x".

Now i'm not sure why she would send that nearly 3 months on from our last interaction. Is she still interested? How do i get her to open up more? I try and start several different threads of conversation but she just doesn't buy into them.

She's probably bored, her other friends are disposed and she tried every number, finally got down to the very very bottom of her list and found you :roll:
