Whazzup dudes!! Here I have a little trouble. I met this girl about a year ago, she is a friend of a guy I know, very cute, tall (I love taller women), sweet and seems intelligent. I tried a couple of times to build attraction & rapport over Facebook but she rarely entered the same times I did so it was a dead-end. So I finally decided to close this thing up and asked my friend to introduce her to me. We went last Tuesday to a bar and I had a chance to talk with her (my guy friend was around 95% of the time, but no big deal, I had a chance to show her my attractive qualities), I think it actually went good because I kept control of the situation at all times and plenty cocky and funny. I know she likes me because every single thing I said she started wiggling and kept smiling all the times. Also she gave me her phone number with absolute no objection and laughed at my jokes. The problem is this, I believe this girl is extremely shy... when we all are talking she avoids looking me at the eye, only the 3 minutes I spent alone with her she would look at me. So I called her an hour ago and told her that I want to go out with her... it did not go very smoothly as she has this tendency to only wiggle or stay silent after I talk so no proper flirting there. She says we might go out but she is not yet sure. I like her but I am worried her shy tendencies may make her avoid me. Is there something I can do? |

I would say, just say if you talk to her again before you two hang out, try and convey its a low pressure hang out, rather then a date. and just play it by ear on how comfortable she becomes. You atleast have her thinking about it, which isn't a definate "no" if she is really nervous see if she wants to invite some of her friends along to the "hang out" anybody else have anything to add? |
