Hey guys!

So today I saw this girl and she kept looking and smiling at me. I went towards her and chat for a while. Everything was fine till then, but when I got home I saw she was on facebook so I began to talk to her and nearly by the end of the convo I told her that I actually didnt know her well, so I would make her some questions in order to getting to know her. So I started asking random questions (I intended it to be a joke) but all she answered was "hahaha weird" after that the convo went like this

Me: hey Im just kidding Im not that weird

HB: haha ok :)

Me: I bet you were thinking "whats wrong with this guy?"

HB: hahaha actually yes

Me: haha you see, like this girl in my school shes so weird she keeps saying her dogs are very smart and plan when to escape and so

HB: haha thats scary

(2-3 min silence)

ME: Hey Im bored, im trying to make some conversation and you do nothing

HB: Im sorry i was doing some homework. In fact Im leaving already, take care. see you tomorrow.

What did I do wrong? HELP PLEASE!

the things u did wrong were that you qualified yourself by saying that you're not weird, you asked her if she was think if there was something wrong with you, why should there be anything wrong with you, you're just being playful, nothing wrong with that.

you were acting needy by saying that you were trying to make conversation and she's doing nothing, this looks really bad and makes u seem desperate. this led to her not talking to you and left the conversation.

all this started because you took it too literally when she said weirdo. it doesnt mean you're weird, it could have been what you said was weird.

forget her, learn from your mistakes and move on.
