Hey, First advice post! Situation Currently spending some time working at a pub (I'm a chef) its only short term and i intend to move on shortly, with interviews next week. In this place I've started to get to know one of the waitresses. I've done the opening, got the 'emotional connection',DHV and, thanks to my leaving, set a time frame. My next step is the strawman play, as she does have a bf of 3 months, however, one of the things she told me, out of the blue, when we started talking was that she wasn't sure about him (Right to take that as an IOI?). He proved it this weekend by getting barred from the pub for doing coke in the toilets, so to be fair, although I normally stick away from the relatinoship chicks, I'm willing to make an acception for this guy! Anyway, with everyone in the bar saying 'he's a dick' I'm gonna be the 'hey i bet he's real cool to you' guy. After that... ... Yep thats as far as I can think, its become a sticking point for me in a few situations. Basically I need to be quick off the mark but get some positive IOI's (or confirm there are no IOI's). Aim Basically get the girls number, get the girl on a date... then dirty sex Additional Info - Very friendly with another waitress who i only see on weekends. - Its become a running joke that whenever girls talk to me in the kitchen, the manager sends them out - I've ran a few plays on the waitresses as means of practice (My favourite was taken from this site 'Would you date a guy in a wheelchair? No. What if it was a really cool wheelchair?) so have built up a repoire So guys and gals, whats a sensible next step? |

Hey man first things first don't make it a habit of dating chicks who have guys it's not cool but in the rare circumstance that the guy is a complete douche then so be it. your situation seems like your on the right track with a little tweaking neccessary. try to keep it fun the way you are now and don't even mention the boyfriend whether it be good words or bad words,no words when it comes to boyfriends is better than bringing it up. Seems like you need to just get to know the girl a little more so you can have more things to talk about, invite her to that cool something you're doing this week and try to make that something a low pressure environment like someones sport game your going to watch( younger relative or family friend..) |
