Call her after 2 days tell her you've been busy and all that so that you won't be seem desperate, you don't want to get too attached with texting her, texting is only when you want to meet her.
When you're about to call her just relax and stay calm, be yourself, talkative, funny and tell her about your great weekend and what you did (If not, make something up, be creative) .
If you ran out of thing to say just listen to what she have to say and that will lead you to your next conversation.
When you want to ask her out change the topic by saying "Anyways" OR "BTW"(By the way) E.g Say: Anyways there's this new awesome club/bar that just opened (Or any kind of place) i was wondering if you would like to come bla bla bla etc.
If she finally decides to go out then meet her at that location and don't pick her up so that she'll be more comfortable by driving her own car, if it doesn't go well you can bail out anytime.
