Yo,

I want to break up my current relationship. But I don't want to hurt this girl.
So I want some tips for a "good" break up. So she is able to be understanding and that kind of.things.

“It’s not you, it’s me”

Nothing worse than staying in a relationship you know is done simply because you don't want to 'cause' further pain to your partner.

By continuing it you'll only make matters more difficult.

Simply tell her you're not feeling it anymore and its time to move forward, separately.

Ya it'll hurt, but would you rather endure and have the hurt continue on both ends?

You're gonna hurt her anyway, so face it.

A few tips are:
- do it face to face, in a calm place where you can leave whenever (i.e. not your place).
- start straight away by stating that you want both of you to split paths, you don't want to beat around the bush. Better to jump in the cold water that walk in super slow.
- if she asks for reasons, instead of blaming her (you don't show me enough affection, you're too immature, I don't like our sex...), explain the reasons as differences (we are too different in how we show our love, we have different character). Even if that means you gotta twist the truth a bit.
- avoid harsh or negative words, don't mention other girls.
- if she starts throwing a tantrum or blaming you, just leave.

how about this. just came at the top of my head

I don't love you the way you love me....

my love is toxic for you...

any way she is going to get hurt and she is going to start crying or she is going to slap you!
I would rather the slap than the crying

That's exactly what I'm pointing at where I say avoid negative statements and adjectives. Thanks for the examples.

Also lol at the crying and slapping. Never been slapped, and had about only half cases of girls crying, the other half being silent/ok with it.
