IMO this is a cause of why people are so emotionally fucked up. Instead of calming down and reconciling pain they go ahead and get more people involved in their lives.

If it was before meeting you, then why does it matter? More to the point, if you're with a girl who came out of a three year relationship just two months ago, take things slowly.
