Background: been dating for 2 months, tons of amazing sex, lots of chemistry and equally horny.

On the very rare occasion that a girl does something like this to me, I usually just let it go and start jacking off. It sends a subtle message that I have needs and that if a girl doesn't fulfill those needs, then I'll figure out some other way to get them filled.

I've encountered the same problem and what i did was:

I got on top of her en started kissing and licking her. then after a couple of minutes (she got very horny), I whispered in her ear "it's your turn now", unzipped my pants and pulled her on top of me. that did the job.
