Post subject:  Advice on Onitus

Ah I'm very worried that I'm starting to get oneitus.
Me and my ex broke up about a month and a half ago, it was after she had a close death in her family, and we haven't been seen each other for a couple of weeks due to being in what was then a LDR. Well to summarise, i was close to breaking up with her before, as i felt like i was putting too much attention, but now i find myself thinking about her, especially as it was her birthday yesterday, so i sent her a message, apart from that I've kept away contact, even the break up came across as mutual and was mostly pleasant.

Lately I've been going through a tough time, as a friend of mine died and i have a injury which is a constant annoyance, i have gone out sarging and been lucky a few times, also i know some girls are in to me, but i can't help having this feeling of gloom. Ive been here before and i know its mostly a mental thing and that trying to go back with her is not going to help anything, but i would appreciate advice, or any hints, exercises i can undertake to get over this hump.

Cut all contact with ex.
Get an intresting life
Do sports
Find new intresting ladies.
Meet alot with friends..
That's about it.

After i posted this, i kind of just had a realisation that life is good at the moment actually very good. Its just everything in the last couple of months came to a climax so i went all sentimental and soppy and shit. I think its a strength to not focus on problems or things that can be perceived as problems when you are down. To be honest its only because i can't have her and not part of her little club. yes she was hot, but the attitude she had made me lose a lot of attraction for her.

sounds like my ex. I don't want 'her' I want her 32G chest.
