Hi guys, I've been in the PUA game for two years (Mix of MM-Direct Game-NLP and Alpha Man), but I stopped when I had my LTR for a year. Now that I'm back in the game again, I want to improve my skills and be a better conversationalist and a pick-up artist. It's an honour to be here.

I'm pulling the no contact thing with my ex to try and get back with her I havent called txted or tried facebooking her. The problem is we are both in a marching band and see each other almost every day. I don't look her way or talk to her. We also both have similar friends in our social circle. How can I apply no contact with my ex if I see we see each other everyday? I want to make her bealive that I don't need her and I truly feel Tht I don't but I would like to win her back. I've been looking at other options as well. Any comments would be helpful. |

You are saying two contradictory things here. This is known in the community as oneitis. You have to truly disconnect from her for this to work and I would suggest even leaving the band. Focus on being social and meeting new people. I've been there myself. Believe me there are always better women out there. Don't get hung up on the technical stuff but add small bits of the game e.g. (cold-reading, teasing) to just becoming a generally more sociable person. When most guys get to that point they find they no longer want the girl. Hope this helps.J |
