Greetings! My name is Erik and i am currently 21. I tend to blame on my weight and the fact that I look really young compare to most of my friends at my age. After getting rejections at the clubs one after the another my self-esteem has gone down bottom rock. I try not to take it personally, but I just notice the same pattern of rejections over and over. . Also since I am Asian, I am only comfortable approaching Asian girls, but anxiety attack starts kicking when I approach the white or brunettes. Any tips for me? :D

Yeah... Keep getting rejected then it desensitises you to it and eventuallt you won't give a fuck!

start working out (high weight, low reps) and eat a decent diet with plenty of protein. To get over your AA why dont you go and talk to random people simple things like ''excuse me do you have the time?'' or ''is there a starbucks near by?'' it can be to guys and girls whatever it'll get you used to talking to people and then you can start gaming some chicks when you realise that as long as you are genuine and confident they'll talk to you :)

have you read any books or taking any classes whether it be PUA or NLP either one would help with your game also if your concern on how you look since you're skinny wear tight clothes model yourself to the type of girl your attracted to meaning if you're into Gothic girls don't dress like an investment banker. Any men's fashion magazines will help on your parents. Good luck and have fun.

And here's a good opener for you when you're in a club or bar just walk up behind any girl this works best when she's a 7 or 10 and tell her get me a glass of water with a lemon twists if she gets you the glass of water then start a conversation and she says no then the game is on tell her oh come on grandma women get served faster at the bar just pop your boobs out a bit and if she says why don't you do it tell her because I'm lazy and I much rather you do it.

I forgot who came up with this opener but I give him full credit it works like a charm
