Alright guys, just thought i'd drop in and say hi! Found the site a couple of days ago and since then have spent a lot of time trailing through all the articles. My main problem when i'm out is a lack of confidence, but i've already found loads of good info on ways of overcoming this, and things to add to make me the 'complete package' haha I've seen thats theres a couple of guys on here from Northern Ireland like me, so i'll hopefully find some wings to put all this stuff into practice! Anyways, happy browsing! Jon |

From experience, you can not really fake confidence. Confidence comes through success, but until then, you will need to imitate confidence which is kind of hard to do but just read up on how to do it. Basically, stand tall, lean back (never in) speak loudly, slowly and deeply, don't fidget or make lots of movements, and smile. If you imitate these things you will become successful and then you will have true confidence which, in my opinion, can never be imitated. Thats a note out of Style's Annihilation Method. I just got real confidence over the weekend - Memento |
From experience, you can not really fake confidence.
I agree it cannot be faked, but my game improved immensely after reading some of the books not because of any tactics or lines but because I believed it could be done. If you know your first 2 convo pieces for a set then there is no reason to be nervous. I dont know how anyone else feels about this but when I started I found it easier to approach 5s and 6s to begin with and got "confidence" many times, which I was then able to use for 7s, 8s and one 9.5 (still searching for that elusive 10). Good luck buddy Merlin, harsh comment about quoting the books, I dont think it hurts to have someone trying to help remind us newcomers of relevent topics |

Hey guys, I've been working for a couple of pick up companies around the world for the past few months and am back in Belfast, Northern Ireland for a while. If anyone wants training for a very reduced rate based on what you can afford. The reason I'm doing this is so I can keep up the practice and learn more. I've a number of years experience in this field and have a lot of intense philosophies that have proved much accelerated success over the past couple of years. Let me know, by emailing me on info@pathofelegance.co.uk |
