there are some options. less invasive, you can wear sunglasses when gaming girls which would make you more attractive to them as the glasses would make you more mysterious and interesting. but the down side is that they'll eventually want to take them off you, so that will be a complicated situation which i don't have an answer for. but a more long term as well as invasive and expensive would be to consider cosmetic modifications which on the top of my head i do not know the extent of your injury or know any medical advice, but there's no harm making an appointment for a medical consultation to see what they can do.
