Post subject:  Starting out in PUA!
Hey guys,

I'm a 22 year old good looking male who's looking to start training in being a PUA. I'm confident, but I have approach anxiety because I'm scared of getting rejected. I realise even good looking guys get rejected so I'm really eager to overcome this and be successful. I just watched the Pickup Artist Season 2 (Mystery, Matador and Tara) where Simeon won and it really inspired me to get into it.

I go to bars and clubs and if there's a girl on her own I can some times talk to her, but if there's like a 2 or 3-set then I'm scared of rejection which will ultimately ruin my night. I don't have a great wingman either (I live in a new area so my best mate at home isn't here but he'd be the perfect wingman :( ).

I guess what I want is to overcome the approach anxiety and start getting girls really often.

I live in the UK by the way.

ok bro well i am a 22 yoear old Rake, the thing is that you have to stop the fear of rejection. i have taught some of my friends the Art, and one thing my friend told me that was its relative and that "NO" is not the worst thing they can tell you. the worst thing would be "YES" and the reason why is because you already have the invitation to talk to her. stop getting affraid, one thing i did to one of my aprentices was give him 20 ruber bands, for a week ok 10 in one arm and 10 in the other.

10 ruberbands were for him to take of one each time he aproached a girl and said hi, the other 10 was for him to go to a girl and get a no, the reason for this os so after a while of hearing no you stop being so afraid, the more you hear a word the more you are going to just ignore it.

Ps. if you do this make sure you go to a place where you are not planing to go later on to meet people (Sarge).
