Another tip, and a rather gross one... Get a fleshlight, one of the tight ones (for me, all of them are tight). Beat off, then penetrate the fleshlight as soon as possible after beating off. There are ways of getting your dick hard that are sort of semi-mechanical, squeezing blood into the base, etc. PC muscle control also helps a lot and you can learn to pump it up from almost nothing. Thanks for the replies. You're right, I do think the nervousness and alcohol were big factor. I do masturbate way to much, and had earlier that day. I'll stop that all together. I've decided to stop drinking and smoking so much pot. I ordered some Maca to increase my libido. Look it up, it sounds badass. I've done some research on PC muscle control, and have been working on that. I still feel like less of a man for it having happened, but atleast it was a catalyst for change. |

Well, I blew her off once now, but I'm meeting up with her tomorrow. I haven't touched any alcohol or grass since that night. I've been eating healthier than I ever have in my life. do you usualy have trouble getting it up when you drink? i know some people struggle and some people have no problem. if you cut back on masturbation and its still not helping, look at your diet. some low fat diets kill your libido because you arent getting certain necessary fatty acids. i dont remember all the key ones, but i know omega 3 is one of them. some research into nutrition will help you out. |

This is the last post I'll make on this topic. I get it now. Waiting around for the right girl is a waste of time. If you find her, you won't even know what to do to get her, or keep her.
