Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself, and say my sticking point... I am from Croatia, and I freeze when I need to go meet new women. I have no problem seducing and even attracting girls who I know, but when they are strangers, I just freeze. I simply can't approach. So, if you can help me, just write it here... Thanks in advance...

You're talking about "AA," also known as "approach anxiety." Everyone deals with this to some extent. It's nerve-racking, I know. The best way to deal with this is to mentally prepare yourself before hand. There is a lot of material written about this. Mystery has a video on YouTube in which he relates it to our primal instincts and whatnot. You should check it out. Basically, from what I've learned and experienced, the best way to deal with AA is to discredit the fear we ALL have of rejection, through research. This can make approaching girls a lot less stressful, because, like a the monster under your bed, the fear we have is mostly irrational. Once you know that, your anxiety won't be so intense, and you'll be able to surge forward! Anyways, welcome to the site! |
